(More customer reviews)I've had the 34 gal model in my home for 6 years. The first problem I had was a failed igniter.Fortunately, it was still under warranty. If you have any silt in your water at all (I have trace <5 micron), expect to replace the H/C mix valve every fewyears and you should take it apart and clean often. Now, it looks like I have to replace the burner. As it is with high-tech equipment, the more complex, the more likely you will have failures.
