(More customer reviews)This was the third Eemax water heater I ordered after the first one was the wrong size, and the second one had an internal leak. This one at least has a digital thermostat, but had electrical problems right out of the box.After a week and a half without hot water due to Eemax's lack of quality control we ordered a Steievel Eltron tankless water heater and it is perfect. Comparison between the two is not even close. The Eemax units were all the same internally and looked like a moped compared to the Stiebel Eltron which is more like a tank.Horrible customer service from Eemax contributed to the delay in getting the right unit and then when it arrived, it was DOA. DO NOT BUY AN EEMAX TANKLESS WATER HEATER!!
