(More customer reviews)I've had Takagi TK-2 for 4 years.This machine requires regular maintenance requiring taking the unit apart, has had to have the fan replaced and the heating element and now has a hole in the heat exchanger. Customer service is abysmal. Long waits on hold. DO NOT BUY. If this product is representative of this company consider another company.
