(More customer reviews)The Bradford White heater has been working well to date.My issue is with this particular vendor charging a fair amount for extra packaging costs (on top of freight) and trying to wriggle out of refunding the "extra fee" for packaging when the product arrives clearly damaged. Really pretty ridiculous when a company treats clientele as if they are stupid and blind.
