(More customer reviews)The last tankless heater I'd ever buy is EZ Tankless Outdoor.If you don'twant cold water all of sudden in the middle of a warm and fuzzy shower, just stay away from EZ Tankless and get some other better and established brands!The brand new EZ Tankless Outdoor unit installed at my property was a total disaster.The hot water ran for 3-5 min and then turned cold and never turned hot again.I called the support for help and followed their suggestions, but got little improvements.I then got my plumber over and followed his suggestion to repipe the entire house to insure the water pressure was not a problem.The job cost me $3500!!!It did improve the situation somewhat:Instead of 3-5 min of hot water, it sustained for ~8-10min, but then again, in the middle of a warm shower, the water turned cold !!! Finally, I had to ditch the EZ Tankless and bought a different, reputable brand for replacement.The nightmare was finally over, but at a cost of $4500.What a waste!!!
